Halloween Fun

All hallows eve was yesterday and to most of us, that means, we got to show off our cool costumes. In my case, I get to show off my kids costumes lol. I haven’t dressed up for a couple of years now and for a couple of years, we didn’t really paid enough attention to our kid’s costumes.   

Not this year! As most of you may know, we are avid Star Wars fans. We do our best to incorporate our passion into our daily lives, I even named my wedding photography packages after planets in the Star Wars Universe. With this said, Halloween costumes with Star Wars themes are a must. 

My youngest daughter loves princesses and unicorns as much as she enjoys sci-fi. About six months ago, Her and my wife came up with the idea of a pink storm trooper. This idea evolved into a princess Darth Vader costume. Me, being the amazing dad that I am, decided to fulfill my daughter’s wishes came up with the costume. I have to give my wife credit on making the tutu and adding the crown to the helmet. It wasn’t until she tried it on that she said it looked like a cancer awareness Darth Vader which worked perfectly since October is breast cancer awareness month.
